Savannah Sacagawea

In the midst of Science Fair,

AND my redo-ing bedrooms (later, later)

Savannah had WAX MUSEUM..

This is a 5th grade project, where they research an American Hero,
and at the end, all the classes have a Wax Museum, where the public
{okay, students & parents}
get to tour each classes' museums!!

Savannah chose Sacagawea..

{not to toot my own horn, but I made the costume,
and "made up" the papoose and moccasins..}

Directing Lewis & Clark
Little Jean Baptiste..
Climbing a "mountain".. *
Is that cute, or what??*
Glad to have this one "checked off"!!

* {thanks, Sandi, for the additional photos!!!}

POST EDIT

I really don't mean to offend anyone,
because this Wax Museum is really a huge project..

{I'm hoping no one who I'm mentioning reads my blog..}

The American Hero.

Hmm..

Okay, I guess if your kid thinks Michael Jackson
is an American Heroes than so be it..

But..

Bob Marley?

Joan of Arc?

Princess Diana?

Mozart?

Archimedes?

Marie Curie?

DON'T GET ME WRONG..

Great, great people..

{well, except one..}

::ahem::

THE AMERICAN HERO

..just sayin'..

I fully agree with your last statement. I was wondering how some of them were considered American heros. Really stretching it!:)
