The Google Game..

I got this funny idea from Bonnie, and couldn't resist trying it, especially since my name isn't super common, and isn't the most common spelling (thank you mommy, for not spelling it Marcee, like you once told me you considered).. Chels did it on her blog, too, and I have to say, we had fun doing it together, and laughed pretty hard a few times..

So here's how you do it:

Go to Google. Type in your name + the rest of the words in the category. For example, if your name was Sally, you'd type in "Sally looks like" and then see what Google finds for you. Have fun!

Marci looks like:

• a million dollars (well, thanks!)
• Sharon Stone (eww.. almost as bad as the time a guy stopped me and told me I looked like Margot Kidder, not so much a compliment)
• she's rather harmless (really, I am)

Marci likes:

• to watch Sunrise Earth on Discovery HD (I guess I'll have to find this show and see if that's true!)
• golf, travel and spend time with family (especially the golf part.. ha)
• the "Lobster Claw" (like you didn't already know that..)

Marci says:

• no to Starr (as should you?)
• oops, sorry! (when necessary, which is probably lots!)
• she's never understood why anyone would want to have sex on an airplane (this IS true, but I don't remember saying so..)

Marci wants:

• some fruit things (ahh.. fruit things.. maybe I want some right now!)
• to win the Salsa dance contest (its ONLY my lifelong dream..)
• to demonstrate the Law of the Pendulum (my OTHER lifelong dream..)

Marci hates:

• MySpace (which is why I've never even looked at it..)
• the neighbor's dog (news to me.. I'm too worried about my own to hate anyone else's..)
• people that talk s**t (wow, I use such strong language! [ironically, this is how it was written].. but I do hate it..)

Marci can:

• do all single jumps through a Lutz, and can do sit-spins and camel-spins (I'm a woman of MANY hidden talents..)
• look up the diameter of the Moon (its not as easy as it sounds, apparently..)
• greatly benefit from having access to a second RS-422 channel (couldn't we all, but mostly me..)

Marci goes:

• nuts at the end of a zip line (but not until the end..)
• fishing for sea cucumbers (which is ironic, because I don't even like land cucumbers..)
• down for $20 (??.. just give me $20..)

Marci is:

• a lecturer (I try not be..)
• one of the best selling non-fiction authors of all time (anyone looking for some of the best non-fiction? I'm your girl..)
• your guide (where are we going?)

Marci loves:

• Anime videos (really, I do? I really didn't want to love Anime videos..)
• Thai (I do like Thai Chicken Pizza at California Pizza Kitchen..)
• you (yes, I really do!)

Marci the:

• teacher/friend (I'm here for you)
• dog whisperer (this is painfully obvious, have you seen my amazing dog?)
• gay snake (well.. that just makes me sad..)
